Integrity grow by acquisition. Merging existing software into their portfolio. After many years Integrity has a large clients base and is now looking to operate a more cost effective model of Software and hardware rollout. One of these ways is to use SaaS to effectively revolutionise a large customer based and reduce costs.
Integrity are a lean organisation, and up until now focussed on installed software. While the products, and development teams are experts in their field they do not have the knowledge on how to approach or deliver a SaaS platform.
Cobalt Storm worked closely with the domain experts to build a Blueprint that can be used to to plan and build the desired SaaS platform. This allowed the board to calculate the costs, in terms of time, headcount and cash involved in executing the project.
The results
Cobalt Storm worked with the board and domain experts to craft a Blueprint that allowed Integrity to guide funding and cash flow decisions in support of its desired SaaS build. Integrity are now also well placed to focus its future acquisitions to compliment the future SaaS build.
The benefits of the MVP and Blueprint process has allowed the domain experts within Integrity to be more in tune with a progressive SaaS model and make current engineering decisions inline with the desired SaaS build. Meaning that there will be less engineering required to use existing components.
